Pioneers of British psychedelic fusion sounds, UK avant / jazz-rock band Soft Machine bring another stellar performance to Band on the Wall. Having shared stages with the likes of Syd Barrett’s Pink Floyd and the Jimi Hendrix Experience, all the way to being one of Europe’s best known ‘fusion’ bands, Soft Machine have been heavily influential and continue to be name-checked by today’s experimentalists.
