In 2025, Erika Vikman experienced one of the most successful and internationally visible years of her career. The
year elevated her from a domestic favorite to a widely recognized European performer and a rising international icon.
Known for her electric stage presence, Erika Vikman is a force to be reckoned with. Eurovision and the success of
her empowering anthem ICH KOMME brought her widespread international recognition and a growing fanbase
across Europe. Following Eurovision, Vikman continued her success with international live shows. Erika has
performed abroad at the Swedish QX Gala and with a few concerts, including performances in Stockholm,
Amsterdam and sold-out London alongside touring in Finland. These were the artist’s first own concerts outside of
Finland.
Her latest release Adam & Steve arrived in the beginning of May and was a tribute to the queer community that has
supported Vikman throughout her career. The new single was preceded by her English-language debut FATHER (I
Will Never Confess), released in February, which was Vikman’s first original release since winning the Finnish Uuden
Musiikin Kilpailu (UMK) and securing a strong 11th-place finish in the Grand final of the Eurovision Song Contest.
Erika Vikman is one of Finland’s brightest stars and a trailblazer in feminist pop. Vikman has redefined the modern
pop diva with a bold image that has captivated an international audience. She became a household name in Finland
in 2020 with her breakout hits Cicciolina and Syntisten pöytä. Both tracks dominated Spotify and radio charts alike,
with the latter earning a prestigious Song of the Year nomination at the Finnish Grammys, Emma Gala. In 2023, she
released Ruoska with Käärijä, and the song quickly became a cult classic.
