Le Groove Jam Night
LeGroove presents to you its first event – a jam night at Band on the Wall in Manchester!
This evening is all about giving a space for you to improvise in front of a crowd and create something incredible on stage with your fellow bandmates – genre wise we’re centred around neo soul, funk, R&B, and the Blues.
The guideline for the evening is: try to not cover songs! We want to promote and create a space for originality and spontaneity. Given this, there will be mistakes, but that is the beauty of the jam.
So if you’re a talented singer, rapper or musician: bring your friends to watch, come up on stage, have a quick brainstorm on what to play with your new band mates, and get jamming!
All live music lovers and enthusiasts, come down to witness the talent unfolding on stage!
We’ll have a house piano and drum kit for all of our pianists and drummers.
