Join NONUNONU for an electrifying night celebrating the bold, uncompromising genius of Charles Mingus — legendary bassist & composer.
This marks the fourth installment in NONUNONU’s ongoing tribute series to jazz icons, and this time the group dives deep into Mingus’ rich, rebellious repertoire — from explosive swing to politically charged blues.
Featuring special guests Anna Chandler-King (saxophones) and Aaron Wood (trumpet), the band promises a powerful reinterpretation of Mingus’ timeless works, with dynamic interplay and raw intensity at its core.
